Q: What do I need to bring with me when I drop off my pet?
A: Everything you're pet will need for their stay; all food, cage items, accessories, bedding.
Q: What if my pet's cage is to big to move?
A: We have extra cages for all small mammals and rodents. We do not have extra cages for reptiles, birds, insects, or fish. You must supply these.
Q: Can I borrow a pet taxi?
A: Yes, we have several you may borrow.
Q: When do I pay?
A: At time of drop off via check, money order, or cash.
Q: Can I pay with a credit or debit card?
A: Yes we take credit or debit cards through PayPal or Skrill. We also take Chase QuickPay.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: No, cancel anytime.
Q: Can I drop off the night before or pick up the next day due to getting late or needing to leave early?
A: Yes, there is no extra charge for early or late pick up.
Q: Should I leave my vet information?
A: Yes, it is wise to make per-arrangements with your vet in case your pet has a health emergency or becomes ill. We can not be responsible for any vet bills should your pet become sick.
Q: What do you provide?
A: 24 hour care, daily interaction, time out of cage for exercise and play, cage cleaning, free pine shavings, and your pet, pet items, and cage ready to go at pick up if you phone ahead.
