Questions and Answers

Q:  What do I need to bring with me when I drop off my pet?

​A:  Everything you're pet will need for their stay; all food, cage items, accessories, bedding.

Q:  What if my pet's cage is to big to move?

​A:  We have large LED lit kennels for all small mammals and rodents.  We do not have extra cages for reptiles, birds, insects, or fish.  You must supply these.

Q: When do I pay?

A:  At time of drop off via check, money order, or cash.

Q:  Can I pay with a credit or debit card?

A:  Yes we take credit or debit cards through PayPal.  We take Cash App.

Q:  Do you require a deposit?

A:  No, cancel anytime.

Q:  Should I leave my vet information?

A:  Yes, it is wise to make per-arrangements with your vet in case your pet has a health emergency or becomes ill.  We can not be responsible for any vet bills should your pet become sick.

 

Q:  What do you provide?

 

A:  24 hour care, daily interaction, time out of cage for exercise and play, cage cleaning, free pine shavings, and your pet, pet items, and cage ready to go at pick up if you phone ahead.
